What every price includes
The number on the card is the number on the invoice. It covers the whole job, not the hardware alone.
| Included in every package | What it means |
|---|---|
| Hardware | Hub, gateway, switches, sensors and everything the system runs on. |
| Electrical planning and design | Done before your interior designer closes up the ceiling, not after. |
| Installation | By our own team. We do not subcontract the install out. |
| Automation programming | Scenes and schedules designed room by room, so you rarely open the app. |
| Handover training | One hour, in your home, with whoever will actually use the system. |
| Lifetime remote support | Someone still picks up in year three. |
| GST | Included at 9%. The price is the price. |
What is not in the package price
Being straight about this saves everybody a second meeting.
| Item | How it is handled |
|---|---|
| Extra lighting points beyond the package | Priced per point on your itemised quotation once we have your floor plan. |
| Hub PRO upgrade | Available on Supreme Genius 2.0, S$165 including GST. |
| Landed homes and full-integration projects | Quoted after a site visit, because aircon, curtains, security and networking scope varies too much to package. |
| Whole-home Wi-Fi and structured cabling | Planned separately from your floor plan by our networking team. |
| Security cameras and motorised curtains | Added to the quotation as scoped, or fitted later onto the same hub. |
How the quote works
You send your floor plan, or bring it to the Experience Centre in Tampines North.
We size the switch count and zones to the actual home, then issue an itemised quotation.
We coordinate with your interior designer and electrician before the ceilings close.
We install, program the automation, and hand over with an hour of training.
Why we cost more than a box of switches
A basic hardware seller charges a few hundred dollars to mount devices and hand you an app. What you are paying us for is the part that comes after: the electrical planning before your interior designer closes up the ceiling, the automation design that means you never open the app, and someone who picks up the phone in year three. Roughly one in three of our installs is a rescue job on someone else's system.
Common questions about pricing
What does the package price actually include?
Hardware, electrical and automation design, installation, programming, one hour of handover training, lifetime remote support and GST at 9%. A full itemised hardware list comes with your quotation.
Which package fits my home?
Little Genius suits a 3-room HDB or a first phase you build on later. Standard Genius 2.0 suits a 4-room HDB and smaller condominiums. Supreme Genius 2.0 suits a 5-room HDB, larger condominiums and landed first phases. We size the switch count to your actual floor plan at the consultation rather than to the flat type on paper.
What if I need more lighting points than the package covers?
Extra points are priced individually on your itemised quotation once we have your floor plan. Nobody pays for points they do not have, and nobody is forced up a package tier for two extra switches.
Is there a subscription or monthly fee?
No. The automation runs on a hub inside your home rather than on a cloud server, so there is no monthly fee and no service that can be switched off remotely.
What warranty comes with the system?
Parts and labour: two years on neutral-wire switches and one year on non-neutral switches. Remote support continues for the life of the system.
Can I start small and expand later?
Yes. Little Genius is designed as a first phase you build on, and later additions such as cameras, motorised curtains or extra rooms join the same hub rather than needing a second system.
Do you quote landed homes?
Yes, after a site visit. Landed homes with full integration across aircon, curtains, security and networking run higher than the packages, and the scope varies too much to price sight unseen.
Will my flat need hacking or rewiring?
In the vast majority of homes, no. Where a wall box has no neutral wire, which is common in older flats, we use wireless switches that bind to the circuit instead.
See it running before you decide
Our Experience Centre in Tampines North runs a full system live. Bring your floor plan and leave with a real number. By appointment, no obligation.
