A room-by-room plan: what goes where, which circuits need changing, and the automations that will run without you.
Drawings your electrician can work from03
Install
We schedule around your renovation, coordinate directly with your interior designer and electrician, and commission everything on site.
Typically 1 to 3 days04
Live with it
A walkthrough with everyone in the household, then a tune-up after a month once you know what you actually use.
Lifetime remote support includedWhen to start, if you are renovating
The window that decides what a smart home can do is the electrical first fix, typically two to three weeks into a renovation. Neutral wires at switch locations are pulled then at negligible extra cost. Once the walls are plastered, adding them means hacking.
If your renovation has already finished, that is not a problem. Where a wall box has no neutral wire, which is common in older flats, we use wireless switches that bind to the circuit instead, and the vast majority of installs need no hacking at all.

Common questions about the process
How long does the installation take?
Typically one to three days on site, scheduled around your renovation. The consultation before it takes about 45 minutes, and a tune-up follows roughly a month after handover.
When in my renovation should I contact you?
Before the electrical first fix, which is usually two to three weeks in. That is when neutral wires can be pulled at negligible cost. Earlier is better, because the design has to reach your electrician before the ceilings close.
Do you work with my interior designer and electrician?
Yes, directly. We issue drawings your electrician can work from and coordinate with your interior designer ourselves, so you are not relaying messages between trades.
Is the consultation really free?
Yes. 45 minutes at our Experience Centre in Tampines North or on site, with no obligation and no hard sell.
What happens after the system is installed?
A walkthrough with everyone in the household, an hour of handover training, and a tune-up about a month later once you know what you actually use. Remote support then continues for the life of the system.
Can you work on a home that already has a smart system?
Yes. Roughly one in three of our installs is a rescue job on someone else's system, so bringing an existing setup onto one hub is familiar work.
