Your curtains, intelligently automated.
Four different ways to bring motorised curtains into your home — whatever brand, motor or protocol they run on. Between them they cover almost every curtain motor sold in Singapore.
Four proven paths to smart curtains.
We look at the motors you actually have and recommend the right method. In most homes we combine two or more to cover every window.
Zigbee 3.0
PreferredFull precision control, including exact position. The standard we use for new installations.
- Open, close, stop — and any position from 0 to 100%
- Two-way, so the hub always knows where the curtain actually is
- Instant response over the local mesh
- No internet needed — it runs on your own hub
Compatible motors: A-OK and Dooya Zigbee models.
Bond Bridge
RadioThe only reliable route to Somfy RTS and other proprietary radio curtains. We are the sole authorised distributor in South East Asia.
- Learns the signal straight from your existing remote
- Handles Somfy RTS, which a standard blaster cannot
- Grouping, scenes and sunrise/sunset scheduling
- Around 2,000 sq ft and up to 30 devices per bridge
- Runs locally over Wi-Fi — no subscription
Compatible motors: Somfy RTS, Dooya, A-OK, Nice, Rollease Acmeda and most 433MHz radio motors.
Buy the Bond Bridge · $210.00RF Blaster
RadioLearns and replays radio signals on site. Flexible, affordable, and entirely local.
- Learns new signals in your home — no cloud library required
- Stores them permanently in internal memory
- Radio passes through walls, so the unit can be hidden away
- Handles infrared devices — aircon, TV — from the same unit
- Runs entirely locally over Wi-Fi
Best for: radio curtain motors where Somfy RTS isn't involved, and for putting curtains, fans and aircon on one device.
Virtual Integration
CloudFor curtains that were only ever designed to talk to their own app or a voice assistant.
- Brings in motors that already work with a major voice assistant
- Open, close and stop from the same app as everything else
- Sits in the same scenes as your local Zigbee and radio devices
- Needs an internet connection, and it is always optional
Best for: cloud-connected curtain motors already paired to a voice assistant.

Scroll the table sideways on a phone. Not sure which column you fall into? We work it out at the consultation.
What we can bring in.
With four methods available, we cover virtually every motorised curtain sold in Singapore and the region.
Not sure what you have?
Send us a photo of your remote, or the label on the motor. We'll confirm compatibility and tell you which method suits your home. If it came with a remote, we can almost certainly integrate it.
Scenes that quietly simplify the day.
Good morning
Curtains ease open at 7am to natural light and the lamps warm up behind them. No alarm — just a gentler start.
Movie night
One tap: blackout blinds close, the living room dims, the TV comes on. One scene replaces four remotes.
Leaving home
Say goodbye and every curtain closes for privacy, lights and aircon go off, security arms. One command.
Afternoon sun
Blinds drop to 40% when the west sun starts heating the living room — cooler, without blocking the view.
From assessment to automation, in three steps.
We assess what you have
Tell us your curtain brands, motor types and layout. We confirm compatibility and recommend one method — or the combination that covers every window.
We install and configure
Our team fits the hardware, pairs every motor, builds your scenes and schedules, and connects it to the voice assistant you already use.
We stay reachable
After handover we're still here — support, remote troubleshooting, updates, and expansion when you add rooms or more curtains.
What makes this different.
Four methods, not one
Most vendors lock you into a single protocol or brand. We keep four routes open because no single approach fits every home — which is how we integrate almost every motor we meet.
Local-first
Your home runs on a hub in your own DB box, not a server overseas. No subscriptions, no latency, and nothing to switch off if a vendor disappears.
Sole Bond distributor in SEA
We're the only authorised distributor of Bond smart bridges in South East Asia — direct supply, real warranty support, and installation from the same team.
End to end
Consultation, design, installation, and the aftercare. We build the automation logic and pick up the phone in year three.
Curtain questions, answered plainly.
Can you automate curtains I already have?
In most cases, yes — if the curtains are already motorised and came with a remote, we can almost certainly bring them in. We use one of four methods depending on the motor, and none of them require replacing it. Send us a photo of the remote or the label on the motor and we will confirm before you commit to anything.
Can Somfy RTS curtains be integrated into a smart home?
Yes, through a Bond Bridge — in practice the only reliable route. Somfy RTS is a proprietary radio protocol that standard infrared or radio blasters cannot reproduce. The bridge learns the signal from your existing remote and brings the curtains into the same app and scenes as the rest of the home. Home-A-Genius is the sole authorised Bond distributor in South East Asia.
Do smart curtains need an internet connection?
Three of our four methods do not. Zigbee, Bond Bridge and RF Blaster all run locally, so your curtains keep opening on schedule during an internet outage. Only Virtual Integration — used for motors that were designed to talk solely to their own cloud app — needs a connection, and we will tell you upfront if your motors fall into that group.
Can motorised curtains stop at a set position, not just open or closed?
Only over Zigbee. Zigbee gives exact percentage positioning and two-way feedback, so the hub knows where the curtain actually is and you can say 40% and get 40%. The radio and cloud methods send one-way commands, which means fully open or fully closed. If part-open positions matter to you, that decides the motor choice.
Which types of blinds and curtains can be automated?
Roller blinds, curtain track motors, day/night blinds and outdoor awnings all automate cleanly. Venetian and Roman blinds work in most cases, depending on the mechanism. The deciding factor is almost never the fabric — it is the motor, and whether it can be reached by Zigbee, radio or a cloud account.
What does it cost to automate curtains in Singapore?
It depends on the motors you already have and which of the four methods suits them — a home with existing radio motors and one bridge costs very differently from a full Zigbee install across eight windows. We quote after seeing the motors, and the figure is fixed before any work starts. Send a photo of your remote for an indicative range.
