# Home-A-Genius

> Singapore smart home integrator. We design, install and support complete smart
> homes that run locally on a hub in the customer's own home rather than on a

Home-A-Genius Pte Ltd (UEN 201938113C) serves Singapore and the wider ASEAN
region. The system keeps working during an internet outage because the rules,
scenes and schedules live on the local hub. We are the sole authorised
distributor of Bond smart home bridges in South East Asia.

## What makes the system different

- Local-first: switches, lights, sensors, scenes and schedules run on the hub over Zigbee and keep working with the router unplugged.
- No subscription of any kind. Customers buy a system, not a service.
- Cross-brand: devices from different manufacturers are brought into one hub and one app.
- Lifetime remote support included; the installing team is the supporting team.

## Packages (all prices include 9% GST, fully installed)

- Little Genius - from S$4,150. 3-room HDB or a first phase. Up to 7 switched lighting points, aircon control in one zone, motion and door sensing, voice control, local hub and Zigbee gateway.
- Standard Genius 2.0 - from S$4,550. 4-room HDB and smaller condos. Up to 12 switched lighting points, aircon in two zones, upgraded gateway.
- Supreme Genius 2.0 - from S$5,200. 5-room HDB, larger condos, landed first phases. Up to 18 switched lighting points, aircon in two zones, radio control for fans and curtains.

Every package price includes hardware, design, installation, programming,
lifetime remote support and GST. Switch counts are sized to the actual floor
plan at consultation. Warranty covers parts and labour: two years on
neutral-wire switches, one year on non-neutral.

## The four integration types

- Deep Integration - full native control of an appliance's real features: temperature, fan speed, modes, with live status that stays in sync.
- Matter Integration - the open cross-brand standard, for devices carrying the Matter logo.
- Zigbee Integration - a dedicated local wireless mesh, separate from Wi-Fi. The backbone of most installs. Works without internet.
- Virtual Integration - for devices designed only to talk to their own app. Needs an internet connection and is always optional.

## Frequently asked

- Does it work without internet? Yes. Switches, lights, sensors, scenes and schedules run locally on the hub. Remote access and voice assistants need the internet; the home itself does not.
- Is there a subscription? No, and there never has been.
- Does it work in a BTO or HDB flat? Yes. Most installs are HDB, and we coordinate with the interior designer and electrician before ceilings close.
- What happens if the company closes? The rules live on the customer's hub, not our servers, so the home carries on as programmed.
- Do you work with devices we already own? Often yes, through one of the four integration types. We confirm honestly before purchase what each device would be able to do.
